All Hands at Auckland Transport

At Auckland Transport I was responsible for the implementation and management of org-wide live events. I worked closely with the CEO and internal comms team to develop and deliver a platform for senior executives to communicate with the organisation (2000 people) via live stream.

Additionally, I was the owner of weekly All Hands presentations. Every Friday morning at 9.30am, the entire organisation was invited to attend a customer centric presentation, hosted both in person and online. During the COVID lock-down period, I was responsible for pivoting the All Hands format to allow us to continue these presentations in a virtual environment. Eventually I was able to build a format that allowed us to have the presentation live in person while also being streamed online.

During my time as owner of All Hands, we saw an increase in audience numbers from around 50 people to 400 per week.

I scheduled and guided presenters from across the organisation to build and share their customer centric stories, inspiring and educating both internally and externally.
