As part of my role in the Customer Experience Design team, I was responsible for end-to-end creation of over 30 videos for both internal and external use. These videos elevated the voice of customer and promoted customer centricity.
I was responsible for the entire video production process, from concept, storyboarding and scripting, through to shooting and editing.
