Playbooks and Presentations
At Auckland Transport I regularly helped teams and individuals to write, design and update playbooks and presentations for both internal and external use.
These included a customer experience design playbook, a behavioural science playbook, a journey mapping guide, and high fidelity presentations for external distribution.
